Michael and Amber are the Lead Pastors of Trinity Vineyard Church, located in a suburb northwest of Houston, Texas. Prior to planting this church in 2004, Mike and Amber served at The Vineyard Church in Stafford, Texas as the youth and young adult pastors, and as interns to then senior pastor, Bert Waggoner (who currently serves as National Director to Vineyard Churches in the United States).

Michael and Amber are both graduates of Vineyard Leadership Institute. Michael graduated from Northern Arizona University with a BS in Zoology. Currently, Michael serves as the Church Planting Coordinator for the Southwest region of the Vineyard Churches USA and Amber serves as the Women’s Task Force Coordinator for the Southwest region of the Vineyard Churches USA.

Michael and Amber have been married for 10 years and celebrated a decade together by running in the Houston Marathon in 2010. In 2008, they began the process to foster and adopt children through Child Protective Services and their family has grown. They have 5 amazing children: Eliza, Wyatt, Fintan, Mallory and Silas (face not shown due to state law regarding foster children).

Adam Mosley joined the staff of Trinity Vineyard as Associate Pastor in January of 2009 and after almost two years as a volunteer, Melody also joined the Trinity staff in August of 2010 as Children's Director. Adam and Melody began their ministry together in 1998 - just 6 months after they were married. In June of that year, they moved from their home in East Tennessee to Cincinnati, Ohio, where they served in leadership roles in a small church plant and then both joined the staff of Vineyard Community Church, a large church in suburban Cincinnati.

In 2004, Adam and Melody moved to Texas where Adam began working for Vineyard Music, the Houston-based worship record label owned by Vineyard Churches USA. Adam soon became the Marketing Manager for the label and was instrumental in the launching of Varietal Records, the home of worship artists Jeremy Riddle, Sheri Carr, 1000 Generations and others.

In the fall of 2008, Adam and Melody began to sense that God was leading them back to full-time ministry within a church and after interacting with Mike Lehmann over the course of a few months, it became clear that Trinity would be their new home.

Since joining the staff at Trinity, Adam and Melody have truly become a part of our community. Adam serves as Associate Pastor and oversees worship, missions, web and print communications and a host of other responsibilities. Melody's role as Children's Director encompasses children from 6 months through 5th grade - a group that makes up about one third of our overall church attendance.

In November of 2009, Adam and Melody welcomed their little girl Lucy to the family. The Mosleys are in the process of adopting Lucy through the foster-to-adopt program of Child Protective Services (face not shown due to state law regarding foster children).

Kathryn and Hernando Chavez have been the youth leaders at Trinity Vineyard for almost 2 years now.  They are happily married with 3 children, Andrew, Joshua, and Sophia.  Hernando has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Houston and is currently working as a Controller for an oil rig manufacturer in Humble, TX.  After moving to Mobile, Alabama to attend college, Kathryn eventually returned to Texas to work for a chiropractor in the Cypress area and is currently a stay-at-home mom.  

Kathryn has been involved in youth ministry from a young age, as an attendee in earlier years and now as a leader.  She has first-hand experience of the impact a successful youth ministry can have on a teenager.  Hernando attended different groups throughout college, but it wasn’t until he started attending Trinity that he felt the impact of a personal relationship with Christ.  A desire to serve the church grew stronger and stronger within each of them.  When Lead Pastor Mike Lehmann asked them to help lead the youth, they both felt it was something they were being called to do.

Whether they are going through lessons or playing games with the kids in the Youth program, they enjoy every minute of it and find a lot of satisfaction knowing they are helping kids build a stronger, deeper relationship with Jesus.
